At Feelz Beverages, we are committed to providing premium products and an exceptional customer experience.

Because our beverages are consumables containing hemp-derived THC, we have specific policies to ensure safety, compliance, and transparency.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@feelzbev.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will either replace the affected item(s) or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Returns on Unopened Items

We may accept returns on unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
  • Contact us for authorization before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or distributors
  • Promotional, discounted, or final sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Retail Purchases

If you purchased Feelz through a physical store or another website, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return or refund policies. We cannot refund purchases not made through feelzbev.com.

Regulatory Notice

Due to varying state regulations and the sensitive nature of hemp-derived THC products, Feelz Beverages reserves the right to decline returns or refunds at our discretion if misuse, tampering, or abuse of the return policy is suspected.

Shipping Policy

At Feelz Beverages, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency.  Please review the details below for how we handle order processing and shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • During peak times, promotional periods, or new product drops, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We currently ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location, order contents, and shipping speed selected at checkout.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if UPS is selected. Please use a physical address when possible.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, and regional delays.
  • We currently ship only within the United States and only to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are permitted.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory limitations, we do not ship to all U.S. states. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded automatically.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once your order is placed, it is automatically submitted to our fulfillment system.
  • We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.
  • If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to assist if it has not shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Feelz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.Please ensure your delivery address is secure. For claims on lost shipments, contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at orders@feelzbev.com and we’ll help file a claim.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected carrier service.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
