If you purchased Feelz through a physical store or another website, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return or refund policies. We cannot refund purchases not made through feelzbev.com.
Due to varying state regulations and the sensitive nature of hemp-derived THC products, Feelz Beverages reserves the right to decline returns or refunds at our discretion if misuse, tampering, or abuse of the return policy is suspected.
We currently ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location, order contents, and shipping speed selected at checkout.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if UPS is selected. Please use a physical address when possible.
Due to regulatory limitations, we do not ship to all U.S. states. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded automatically.
Feelz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.Please ensure your delivery address is secure. For claims on lost shipments, contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at orders@feelzbev.com and we’ll help file a claim.
